FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship outside of Australia?

At this point in time, AHRIA Organics generally only ships within Australia, but if you would like to place an order to be shipped internationally, please get in touch with us at contact@ahriaorganics.com to see what we can do!

What is your returns policy?

Within the ACCC Consumer guarantee guidelines, we are happy to offer a store credit on items that are returned to us unopened and unused, provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt and the item is returned.

If in the rare event an item arrives broken or faulty, take an immediate photo and email us within 14 days of receipt to contact@ahriaorganics.com.  We will then guide you through the returns process.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, and you will receive notification from us once this has been completed. After this, orders within Australian will typically take between 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Who are you certified by?

We are certified by the Australian Certified Organic Certification Industry (ACO), the Australian body for certified organics. This means our products are certified organic under some of the strictest standards in the world.

Are you vegan friendly?

We sure are! All of our products are 100% vegan friendly.

Do you test your products on animals?

Never. All of our products are 100% cruelty free and not tested on animals, always have and always will be.

Is it safe to use your products during pregnancy?

Absolutely, that's one of the reasons AHRIA Organics was born! Our products were designed to be used on the skin during pregnancy, and are also gentle enough to be used on newborn babies.

Why should I choose organic skin care?

Skin is the largest organ in the body, and it is important for us to take care not only with things like the food we put into our stomach, but also what we put onto our skin. When skin care is produced organically, it means it has been made without the use of harsh chemicals, artificial colours and fillers that are not only bad for the environment, but also bad for your skin. By choosing organic, you will see better results on your skin than you would from using generic skin care products - which are often home to more nastys than they would have you think.
